Chariff Realty Group is a small real estate agency to the prime markets of Miami.  They have more than 100 exclusive listings that assure position in the core markets, from the world-class Miami Design District to Miami Beach and Wynwood, and extending to emerging neighbourhoods such as Little River, Edgewater, Midtown. They ARE Miami’s premier real estate source.

The Problem:

After starting experimenting with Facebook advertising, the Chariff Realty Group wanted to increase revenue and customer base, reach new customers, and recover sales lost along the funnel. 

 

Our Strategy:

Step 1- First of all, we will audit Chariff Realty Group’s business like- FB page, Insta Id, website, etc to check your current condition. After then, we will research your targeted audience and your competitor.

Step 2- Then, we created an “Awareness” or “Reach” Campaign to make your audience know about your brand. To increase awareness of your business, it’s important to reach people who don’t already know about your business.

Step 3- We created Dynamic Ads for the Real estate lead campaign. So that you can get your targeted audience’s information. And Chariff Realty Group can reach them with this information anytime.
